Bright Double Room

I’m looking for someone to take over my room, which I’ve happily lived in for the past five years. It will be available from May 1st (possibly a few days earlier).

The room is a good-sized double in a four-bedroom flat. The property features a spacious kitchen, a separate shower and toilet, and has recently been refurbished, so everything feels fresh and well-kept.

The flat is very well connected, with a bus stop right outside providing easy access to central London. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Earlsfield Overground station and around 20 minutes to Tooting Broadway.

You’ll be sharing with working professionals, so we’re ideally looking for a professional tenant to keep the vibe aligned.

The rent is £770 per month, with a one-month deposit required. All bills are included, keeping things simple and predictable.
