The room overlooks the backyard, so it's super quite, perfect for a full rest and peaceful nights (especially for light sleepers;)

Description of the house and area below

The place is amazing, 3 minutes to Earlsfield station, with trains running every 2-4 minutes, taking you to Waterloo in 12 minutes (Northern/Jubilee/Bakerloo/Waterloo&City) 7 minutes to Vauxhall (Victoria Line) or in Wimbledon in 3 minutes (District)
Bus stop just in front of the place, serving the night buses too.

It's a 2 floors house.
Kitchen, living room and backyard downstairs,
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstair,
plus a loft for lots of extra storage.
The main bathroom (just renewed) is shared just between two as the other room has an ensuite.
Kitchen is equipped with everything you need plus a washing machine. The living room has a big tv and Echo dot Alexa.
The backyard is perfect for a tea or beer or BBQ with friends.
It also has a wire where sheets and clothes dries in a couple of hours in spring-summer time.

You'll be living with me and Pete. I've been living here for 3 years, Pete for seven, both of us love the house and the area.
We're looking for someone nice and clean, who wants a place to relax and enjoy after a day of work.
It's a friendly, warm, easygoing (respectful of course;) place to live, you know, a place where everyone can feel at home and happy to come back to :)
Above all it's a place to call home.

The area has a great vibe, mostly young professionals living in the area, with restaurants, cafes and pubs, like the Earlsfield and the Wandle, with live music every weekend etc. or the Halfway house or the Country house, all within 3 mins walk, and many more. Tesco, M&S and Sainbury's are all within 2 and 3 minutes, as well as Costa, Starbucks, Gail's and all the shops you need (Garratt Lane has everything) restaurants and so on.

Also there's Southside shopping centre down the road (15 mins walk or 5 min by bus) which is open 7/7 and where you can find lots of shop and services as well as Waitrose, a massive Sainsbury's, B&Q, a few Gym centres (while if you're interested in Yoga or Pilates there is a wonderful place 1 min from our house and another one 3 mins away) Gravity, Cinemas, restaurants, book shops and Wandsworth library (on top of Earlsfield library, next to the station) restaurants, coffee shops and much more.
