Looking for a flatmate to join me sometime within the dates 10th -May 10th August or for that whole period in this amazing 2 bed, 2 bathroom light and spacious flat on Burntwood Lane, in-between Wandsworth Common / Earlsfield / Tooting Bec

I have a dog so you must be fine with dogs. She is a gorgeous, gentle and fairly shy Bernese mountain dog called Bea who likes to chill in her window seat and keeps to herself. She's only allowed downstairs.

The room has a king size bed and has a huge eaves storage cupboard as well as built in wardrobes.

The flat is 1096 Sq Ft in total split over two floors with kitchen/dining area and a separate living room downstairs to share and the 2x bedrooms on the upper level. The place feels like a proper home. Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher.

The place has beautiful woodland at the end of the road with Wandsworth Common just beyond. The cafes, restaurants and pubs of Wandsworth Common are less than a 5 minute walk and Earlsfield high street and Tooting are both just a short walk away so it’s a really great spot.

About me:
I’m a 32 year old male- very friendly, kind, respectful and easy going. In my spare time I like to read, run, play tennis and spend time with friends and family.

My flatmate unfortunately is moving due to work circumstances meaning I'm looking for someone to replace them for the final 3 months of the tenancy.
