We have a room becoming available in our house in March! Our flatmate is having to leave unfortunately so looking for someone new. We all really get along well, hang out a decent amount + go out on the odd night but we’re also are all pretty busy with our own lives, so looking for someone we can have a similar vibe with going forward.
We have a 3 year old cat who mostly keeps to himself tbh but likes the odd cuddle. House is split over three floors. 2.5 bathrooms (with this room being en suite). Everyone has a storage room also. You will be sharing the top floor with me.
Room available is an en-suite and has a built in wardrobe. Bed staying but can be unfurnished otherwise. Bills are £100-150 max each. Deposit is negotiable until September. The environment around the house is very peaceful as we live right near the water and we have security in the area.
