One of our housemates is having to leave. We all get along and like chilling together, but we also are all very individual people with our own lives, so looking for someone we can have a similar vibe with going forward.

Closest stations are West Silvertown (5min walk), Royal Victoria (10min walk), and Custom House (15-20min walk)

I have a 3 yr old cat. House is split over three floors. 2.5 bathrooms. Everyone has a storage room also. You will be sharing the top floor with my other housemate. We have a garage for more storage and the open plan kitchen and living room area is shared, no restrictions.

Room available is an en-suite and has a built in wardrobe. Majority of the furniture as seen in the pictures can stay. Bills are £150-£200 max!! A deposit of £1,322.50 will have to be paid but can potentially be deferred till September, message me on here for more details!!
