We’re looking for a new tenant to join us in our lovely house on historic Albury Street, just off Deptford High Street.

The available room is a double room with an ample wardrobe space. The house also has plenty of additional storage.

We have a decent-sized kitchen, connected to a separate dining room, and a spacious sitting room, which is suitable for home-working. We also have a lovely private garden that opens onto a larger communal garden shared with neighbouring houses. The bathroom will also be completely new - it's currently being renovated.

You will be named on the new contract so a deposit will be needed, the amount is likely to be a month's rent. The contract will be one year with the possibility of renewal.

You will be living with two tenants, aged 30. One of us is a PhD student in English; the other is a bike mechanic.

The landlord has said she's open to tenants with cats.

15 mins to New Cross Overground / National Rail

Council tax and bills usually come to an extra £140/150pm.
