Short term, bright, whole 1 bedroom flat

Hey I’m going away for work for a couple months so I’m renting out my flat while I’m away. It’s a two bedroom flat in Denmark hill but I’m renting it out as a one bedroom + the office flat. It’s fully furnished and you’ll be staying in the spare room, so none of my stuff will be in there/you won’t have access to my bedroom but you are welcome to use the office with a desk/screen if wfh. I renovated last year so the flat is really modern and nice. It gets loads of light, with a super sunny balcony and shared garden.

The room has a double bed and a built in wardrobe. It overlooks the garden and gets really nice afternoon sun , but also has great blackout curtains.

The flat is a 3 min walk from Denmark hill (great for tube strikes lol), which has overground and national rail (12 mins to Victoria or 10 to Blackfriars). There’s a bus stop right outside with multiple busses into central. It’s also a 10 min walk to East Dulwich station, 10 mins to camberwell with more busses and shops/ restaurants. A small tescos 5 mins away or a big sainsbury or morrisons 10 mins away. Also a 15/20 min walk to Peckham for more fun.

Logistics:
The flat is available from mid May for a few months. I can be a little flexible on exact dates / length, so let me know what you need.
Price is per month and includes bills with a cleaner coming once a month.
Open to couples, but price will be £100/mth more. There’ll be a one month deposit as well which you’ll need to pay to secure the room and you’ll get it back after.

I am looking for someone clean, who can respect my home and keep the flat in good condition while I’m away. Maybe even water my plants if you don’t mind :) please reach out if this fits what you’re looking for.
