Our flatmate is moving out end of May, so we’re looking for someone to take over his room!
The flat is located on Dalston Square, with lots of shops, restaurants, bars etc just around the corner! Coop and Dalston Junction Station is just a 30 second walk from the entrance, and Dalston Kingsland 5-ish mins up the road. The building also has a gym, concierge and rooftop access during spring/summer. It’s also next to Curve Garden, the loveliest pub in all of London!
We’re looking for someone 30+ professional, you’ll be living with Delora from Australia and Anna from Norway. We enjoy having friends over for dinner/drinks every once in a while, but it’s not a party house.
The room is an en-suite furnished with a bed frame and built in closet, rent is 1192/month plus bills
