i’m looking for a female only flatmate to move into the 2nd bedroom in my 2 bed flat and take over the tenancy from my flatmate who is relocating

📍Dalston / Stoke Newington

1st May move in date (can be flexible from the 27th April onwards)

Rent is £1145

Bills: the rent price includes the water bill only! wifi / council tax and electricity bills are all on top of the rent price. (WiFi £22.50, Council tax £95.50, electricity depends each month roughly £50)

the flat has high ceilings in the front room and wooden floors throughout the flat

You’ll be living with me, 26 year old working as a freelance producer and talent manager.
