Looking for a nice and chilled person to replace my current flatmate in a two bed spacious flat with me (female, 38) and my gorgeous little dog in a quiet culdesac just behind Kingsland road about 5 mins walk to Dalston Junction station.
The flat is fairly spacious with a living room and separate kitchen with dining table and the toilet and bathroom are also separate which works well.
The room is a decent size with a double bed with storage underneath and memory foam mattress, a bedside table, a half size fitted wardrobe, carpet, and a large window that lets in lots of light.
Move in date would be any time after 30th of May.
