I have a spacious double bedroom available in a clean, smoke-free home. The room is located on the first floor, offering a nice sense of privacy and your own space.
You’ll also be welcome to use the shared kitchen/dining area, garden, and washing machine—everything you need to feel comfortable at home.
Parking is available for an additional cost, although spaces are limited (just two in total). If those are already taken, a separate parking permit would need to be arranged, as it’s not included in the rent.
The house is set in a friendly, family-oriented neighbourhood, with bus stops, shops, takeaways, parks, a leisure centre, and the DLR all within easy walking distance—making it really convenient to get around.
Couples and friends looking to share are also welcome, but will attract additional cost.
A deposit will be required (happy to discuss the amount).
