It is right next to Crystal Palace park where there are so many cool things going on + every Sunday there is a street food market in the park - yum! -. The overground (Penge West) is also a 2 minute walk away from the flat which will get you into London Bridge in 20 - 25m. Crystal Palace park station and Penge East station are also a 5 - 10 minute walk from the flat too.
I will be renting the room out from the 1st of May for 2 months, happy to extend by a week or two if that suits you.
