Hi there! I'm Jason, a UX designer working in tech. I've got a spare single room in a newly refurbished 2-bedroom apartment in Crystal Palace (SE19 1SN) and I'm looking for a friendly, like-minded person to share it with.

The flat:
→ Spacious west-facing living room, loads of natural light, especially late afternoon
→ Modern open-plan kitchen with induction hob, 2 ovens & dishwasher
→ Washing machine & dryer
→ Vacuum robot (does the hard work)
→ Clean shared bathroom
→ Parking available

The room comes furnished with a single bed frame (extendable to a double), a built-in wardrobe, plus a desk and chair, so you can move in without the hassle.

Location-wise, it's a brilliant spot. Crystal Palace Triangle is right on your doorstep, great independent cafes, restaurants, bars, and weekend market vibes. Sainsbury's, a pharmacy, a cinema and the Sunday market are all within a ten-minute walk. You're a seven-minute walk from Gipsy Hill station (direct trains to Victoria and London Bridge) and ten minutes to Crystal Palace station for the Overground. Crystal Palace Park is also nearby if you fancy a run or a wander.
