Clean house share for females

Hello,

I am looking for a female to share the house with me, my partner and our 1 year old son. The house is very spacious and has a lot of outdoor space. The flat includes a shared living room, kitchen with washing machine, dryer, gas cooker, plenty of cupboard space and a dining area. There is also a bathroom with toilet plus a separate toilet. There is free on-street parking. Moreover there is a front porch and balcony. All bills are included.

The bright single bedroom is in a quiet flat in Crystal Palace. The room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.

The area is very lovely, peaceful and safe. The high street is 2 minutes walk away and hosts a lot of cafes, bars, pubs and shops. There is a big Sainsbury's and a lot of other food-stores in walking distance. There are three lovely parks in less than 10 mins walking distance including the well known Crystal Palace park. The area itself is very leafy and green. There is also free on-street parking.

The flat is located a 7 minutes walk from Gipsy Hill station. From there you can get to Victoria station in 26 mins and to London Bridge in 29 mins. Crystal Palace station is a 10 minute walk away and from there you can get to Canada Water in 20 mins. There is a bus stop 2 mins from the house that takes you to Brixton in 30 mins and Clapham in 35 mins.

We are a friendly house share and like to socialise in the kitchen or living room but also respect each others privacy and try to be mindful of each other. We like it very clean and there is a cleaning rota once a week which means each person cleans the common areas every 3 weeks.
