Spare room in modern and social crouch end flat

Decent sized room and car parking space available in a bright, modern flat.

The house will be shared with three friendly young professionals (2 lads and 1 lady, aged 25-28), we’re all mostly office based during the week. We are existing friends looking for someone to join the group.

The room itself comfortably fits a desk (not included) alongside a double bed, large wardrobe and chest of draws (all included).

The flat has a brand new and well kept kitchen and bathroom, and a social cosy living room.

Bills are roughly 150 per month.
