Quiet single room in cosy flat (mon-fri let)

hiya, I am Alisa, sadly my current lodger is leaving their job so I am looking to fill my spare bedroom during the week, ideal for someone who is hybrid working and needs a London base for a few days a week. Rent for a Monday to Friday tenant is £600/ month. I would also be open to a short term let for up to 2 months, and rent for full week would be £700/month.

I live alone with my lovely fluffy black cat Lulu. It is a 2 bed split level flat in a converted Victorian house with 2 other flats in the building. I am based on a quiet no-through road, so it is very peaceful. The flat comes with all the usual amenities, and also a big old ninja foodie which includes a slow cooker, pressure cooker, air fryer and roaster!

The flat is located around an 8 minute walk from Hornsey mainline station, otherwise is a 5 minute bus ride from Turnpike Lane station or 10 minute bus ride to Archway. The amenities of Crouch End are a 10 minute walk away, with loads of cafes/restaurants and grocery shops.

I am vegan, however have no expectations that you would be and am happy for meat to be cooked in the flat as long as you clear up after yourself, I can't guarantee that Lulu would not stare incessantly at you if cooking/eating meat!!

I work as a social worker and a therapist, and my time is split between home and office/out in the community, the flat would not be suitable for another person who works from home. I am out generally 2-3 evenings a week, otherwise sat happily on the sofa watching tv.

The room is furnished with a comfy single bed.
