It’s a peaceful, light-filled space with stunning views, and you’d be sharing with just one other person (me 😊).

The Room & Flat

The room has floor-to-ceiling windows and a spacious private bathroom. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, plus a small desk.

The rest of the flat is airy and modern with an open-plan kitchen and a large balcony with river views. There is also a parking space if you need it.

The Location

We’re in a great corner of Clapton. It’s a 10-minute walk to the Overground (which gets you to Liverpool Street in 12 mins) and a 15-minute walk to Lea Bridge for Stratford.

The 55, 56, and N38 buses are just three minutes away, so getting to Dalston, Hackney Central, or Central London is really easy. The neighbourhood is lovely, with lots of great independent cafés, pubs, and shops nearby.

I’m a journalist and editor in my early 40s and when I’m not working, I’m usually reading, listening to podcasts, or doing yoga. I’m a big coffee lover, and enjoy heading out to an exhibition, film, travelling, or catching up over a glass of wine.

I’ve lived here for a while and really love how calm and welcoming the place is. I’m looking for someone who’s friendly, easygoing and wants a relaxed space to call home.
