Large room in friendly houseshare - Lower Clapton

A beautiful, bright and spacious room has become available in our friendly five bed house in Clapton. The room comes unfurnished.

The house itself is huge, we have a large living room, a separate dining room and a kitchen with plenty of storage. We share three bathrooms (plus one ensuite). There’s even a big, sun trap garden with lots of potential. We moved in in March so we’re still settling in and getting the right furniture together, but we’re all committed to making the house feel like a home, one fb marketplace purchase at a time!

We’re looking for a kind, sociable and considerate female/non binary person. We have our own pals in the area but would like someone who wants to build a connection with their flatmates. We all love a good chat, communal dinner, sunny mooch and going out for drinks.

Move in date is tbc but sometime in May. Bills including council tax come to about £120 a month. Pics are from the agency listing, it looks more homely now!
