Spacious one bedroom warehouse flat available for ONE MONTH LET while I'm out of town

Dates available:
- April 18th to May 18th - I'd need a minimum of a 3 week let within that time

Location: Clapton, Hackney E5
- 5 minute walk to Clapton Station (direct link to Liverpool Street and Victoria Line @ Walthamstow)
- 2 minute walk to the canal/marshes

The space:
- Big sunny double bedroom
- Large office space
- Shower room
- Separate toilet
- Lounge
- Large matted workout space (3x3m)
- Kitchenette - Sink, fridge-freezer, airfryer/oven, microwave, kettle, rice cooker/pressure cooker, crockery and utensils

FAQ - please read before contacting me

- Couples welcome
- Bedding and towels provided if you need them
- It will only be you in the space but you share a boiler with the floor below.
- Minimum of 3 week rental
- It is on the third floor (you're the top floor)
- There is NO washing machine
- No smoking
- Quiet people only, NO parties
- It's a warehouse layout, don't expect 'normal' flat living here
