I’m leaving my cozy double room in a 3 bed Clapham/Balham flat on 6th May, so looking for someone to take over the lease :) such a bargain with rent being £665 a month and bills around £130 depending on the time of year.

The room is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, desk, bedside table, and armchair. There is also amazing storage with built in cupboards and a built in wardrobe.

The flat itself has a spacious kitchen with 2 fridges, a table, a washer and separate dryer (!) plus airfryer + rice cooker. There is a nice bathroom with bath + shower, and a separate toilet. There‘s secure parking and a shared communal garden with the other flats.

The area is amazing, we’re a 10 minute walk from both Balham and Clapham South stations, and a 5-10 minute walk from the lovely Clapham Common. So many restaurants, pubs, and cafes nearby too!

You would be sharing with 2 guys aged 28/28 working in law and recruitment. Both enjoy trying new restaurants, travel, exercise, an exploring London.
