Room in Clapham/Stockwell - garden, great transport, and a genuinely nice flatshare

We’re looking for someone to take a room in our 3-bed maisonette, a short walk from Clapham North (5 mins) and Stockwell (8 mins).
Available from 1st May, flexible long-term.

It’s a spacious, well-kept place that actually feels like a home rather than a rental. Big, bright living room, fast fibre (up to 1Gbps), and a large private garden out the back (we added decking last year – much nicer than the current photo).

The kitchen was recently redone, so it’s properly kitted out (induction hob, boiling water tap, washer-dryer, loads of storage). Two bathrooms across the flat, so no morning queues.

You’re also 10 mins from Clapham Common and 5 mins from Larkhall Park (tennis courts, good for a run, etc).

The vibe
You’d be living with Jake and Rish — we’ve been mates for years and have lived here for 5. Jake works in the civil service, Rish in music.

– 8 mins: Clapham High Street (Overground)
