We have a bright and spacious single room available in a cozy three-bedroom flat, located just a short walk from Clapham Junction.

Location:
The flat is less than 10 min walking from Clapham Junction and is situated in a well-connected, vibrant area with plenty of amenities close by like Post Office, Tesco (right across the street), Large Asda, Lidl, Boots.

Transport:
24/7 bus services just down the road
Overground and trains (only 8 minutes to get to Waterloo)

The Room:
Fully furnished with a single bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk, and a large chest of drawers
Additional storage available in the house

Shared spaces include:
A well-equipped kitchen with a small sofa
One bathroom

You will be living with Vienna (me) who is a Resident Liaison Officer and a freelance Mysic Marketer and Antonio who is a Chef.

We're both relaxed and friendly but we’re also very mindful of each other's personal space. We like to keep the flat clean and have a flexible but regular cleaning rota for communal areas.

We're looking for someone who’ll fit in well with the friendly but respectful vibe of the flat.

Water and Council Tax are included.
Gas and electricity excluded
