Hey guys! I’m looking for a girl to replace me in my tenancy agreement ASAP as I’m moving out of London.
I live with one of my bestfriends in a two bed 17th floor flat. The room available is the one with the cream headboard in the pics. My current flatmate has a cockapoo (instant win) and we live about a 2 minute walk from Clapham Junction station!! Our landlord is an angel and we have a concierge/small gym/pool access in our building.
Rent is £1125 - bills not included. Council tax is Wandsworth so it’s one of the cheapest at £102 for the flat!! Move in date can be flexible but ideally as soon as possible. Thanks so much🥰
