I am sadly moving out of this flat of 3 other girls, to move in with my boyfriend so my room is up for grabs.

The room/flat:
This space available is the entire top floor of a shared flat. This includes a large double bedroom, an office/lounge and a en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath which is amazing in winter. The room comes furnished with a double bed and fitted wardrobe. All the additional furniture is available to buy (including a bedside table, two chest of drawers, a desk and desk chair, a TV stand, great sofa that pulls out into a double bed and bathroom storage all for £450) making it super easy if you are moving to London to walk into a ready to live space. There’s additional storage upstairs in the attic if needed!

The flat is super bright and homely, the kitchen, bathroom, carpets and paintwork has all been updated in the last 18 months.

The area:
10-15 minute walk to both Clapham South and Clapham Common tube stations, in a really safe and quiet area. Tube, supermarkets, Gail’s and the windmill all in walking distance it really has everything you need!

The girls:
Three girls in their late 20s. All such friendly girls- we have lived together for years and love that the flat is so well set up for hanging out together. We do dinners, nights out and even weekends away as a flat. That being said everyone tends to be quiet and chilled during the week so everyone can focus on work.

Deposit = £988
Rent = £1250 per month
New tenant fee = £50
Bills: separate, about £130 a month (give or take)
