💕 DOUBLE BEDROOM CLAPHAM COMMON AVAILABLE 💕

Unfortunately I am leaving our beautiful Victorian house in Clapham and so one of the rooms will be available from May. Need someone in by 19th May latest but flexible on exact date!

It’s a perfect location - 10 minutes to Clapham Common tube station and high street and 5 to Abbeville village. The room is £1000 per month excluding bills. It comes with two wardrobes and I’d be happy to sell the bed and desk from my bedroom (not pictured) if you’d prefer it fully furnished

The house is a large 5 bed and 2 bathroom house across 3 floors on a pretty and quiet street. You would be sharing with 4 other girls ages 25-27 who are all lovely. They’re working professionals and all in office at least 3 days a week. We have a huge open plan living room and dining room, kitchen and good size garden so have lots of space to spend time together in the evenings but our rooms are big enough that we can relax comfortably on our own. The girls are looking for someone who is respectful, clean and tidy and will become a friend!
