I have signed a contract that starts the 2nd May and need another girl to fill the 4 bed asap! With hopes to get it filled by the 25th April (Unfortunately our original group fell through) 🤍

Location: Cedars Road SW4, a 5 minute walk from the common.

Rent:

•Ensuite room (the first one shown): £1125 without bills (includes a shower)

We are unsure of bills as of yet but should be around £100-£150. The house has a cute garden too with a table and chairs that’s not pictured, but happy to get a pic from the landlord!

About us:

Me (Poppy): A 21 year olds working full-time in finance who loves a boogie to live music and a workout class🕺

Heather: A 23 year old Aussie working full-time in clinic nursing.

We are looking for 20-25 year olds who are after a social/friendly house!! Both me and Heather have rented in the uk before (me for 3 years) so we are super clean and respectful x

The tenancy deposit is 5 weeks rent and I have paid a holding deposit worth £900 (£225 each). These deposits amount (225 + 5 weeks of rent) will then be deducted from the first months rent etc. We hope that our tenants will share the deposits equally!!

The tenancy agreement is 12 months.
