You’ll be living with me, the live-in landlord. I’m 24 and work in real estate, and I enjoy staying active with tennis and the gym. You’ll also be sharing the flat with another guy, who’s 26, Australian, works in tech. We’re easygoing, sociable, and respectful of each other’s space, so the flat has a calm and comfortable vibe.

The room itself is on the smaller side, but it’s warm and cozy — ideal if you’re looking for a comfortable base in a brilliant location. You’ll have access to a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen, which also has an armchair and TV, making it a nice space to relax. The flat is fully equipped with a washing machine and super-fast internet.

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. The flat is close to Clapham Common, with the Victoria Line and Northern Line both within a short walk, making commuting quick and easy across London.
