Spare room available in a modern 2 bed ground floor flat (15 minute walk from Clapham South & Common and Tooting Common).

Flat has a patio and shared courtyard (as pictured).

The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and en-suite with all bills included. All furniture, duvet, pillows, kitchen wear included.

Coffee machine, milk frother, air fryer, microwave, kettle, soup maker etc. Xbox & Switch.

Sainsbury’s and anytime gym 2 minutes walk.

Covered bike storage in courtyard area. Parking permits available for I think c. £60 for the year.

About flatmates:

Anna - walking dog/ going to the pub/ night out with the girls occasionally/ tv & movies. Currently working and studying evening/ weekends (ACA). Pescatarian.

Jack - loves football/ padel/ watching rugby/ occasionally some Xbox/ beer/ lots of cooking.

Marlo - King Charles cavalier who sleeps all day.

We’re both sociable, but mainly on the weekends or for afterwork drinks. Big nights out are pretty rare, we’re mostly at the pub or at a dinner party. Like to go on dog walks to tooting common/ Clapham Common. Big fan of a chess / cheese / port evening. Both smoke socially so must be okay with that (outside only).

We’re looking for someone clean, friendly and chill. Ideally someone around a similar age and with a similar lifestyle. We work in tax consulting / tech sales so typically have an 8-6pm working day and do 3-4 days in the office. Our offices are based in London Bridge and Liverpool Street which are about a 25 min cycle.

The start date is flexible, our previous tenant moved out in January so we’ve had a few months just us and easy on when we get a new housemate.
