Housemate: You'll be living with my best friend, James. 33 year old professional in the hospitality industry who's clean and tidy, loves going out to bars / pubs / anything outdoors along with the odd late night but enjoys TV on the sofa just as much. Incredibly friendly and welcoming man, will respect your space as long as you can do the same!

Looking for someone respectful and tidy who will look after the room, enjoy the surrounding areas and keep in touch with me over the course of the tenancy to ensure flexibility on when to move out / I can move back in (plenty of notice given of course).
