Bright double room by Clapham Common

We’ve got a lovely double room available in our spacious 3 bed flat right by Clapham Common, and we’re looking for someone easygoing to join the house long term.

The flat has a really nice balance of space and comfort - a big living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms + an extra toilet (so no morning queues), and even parking if you need it. We also have a cleaner who comes regularly.

Location wise, we’re right opposite Clapham Common and about a 15–20 min walk to both Clapham Common and Clapham Junction stations, so it’s super well connected.

The room comes furnished with a bed, desk, and built-in wardrobe.

You’ll be living with two of us who are usually out during the week with work, but we’re always up for a chat in the evenings or the occasional hangout. It’s a relaxed, friendly flat where everyone has their own space but gets on well.

We’re ideally looking for someone of a similar age who’s clean, considerate, and has their own routine going on too.

Rent is £1,200 + ~£130 bills (including cleaner).
