Double room with its own bathroom available from 10th June (with flexibility from 1st June) in Clapham South, 2 mins walk from the station!

Our flatmate is sadly moving out so we’re looking for someone to take over the next lease, running from June 2026 to June 2027.

The room is £970 + bills (£80-100pcm) and the two bathrooms shown in the pics would be your own :)

There’s a big tesco, sainsburys and m&s all two mins walk away, as well as the common very close by.

You’ll be living with Haley (25) who works in events and me (27) who works in graphic design. We’re looking for a female flatmate of a similar age, who’s clean and tidy to become a friend not just a flatmate! 🫶
