Beautiful sunny room in Chiswick Park

We're looking for a female (preferably professional) to join us in a three-bed flatshare in Chiswick.

The room is a single room. We also have a kitchen, a beautiful living room + balcony, and a big green garden (perfect for garden parties). The flat itself is very quiet - the neighbourhood is residential and we never hear the neighbours.

Our flat has a loving and warm atmosphere. We're like a little family - we enjoy doing things together, but also give everyone the space to have their quiet time. We're not pub goers or party animals. House activities include board-game nights, arts and crafts, and movie nights. We also often mealprep together, so we'd love to have someone join that wants to contribute to this warm atmosphere! Both current residents are Christian and also do Bible studies together from time to time, but you don't have to be Christian to join the flat :)

The flat is located within a 5 minute walk of Chiswick Park station. Locally, there is a shopping street with a big Sainsbury's (only a 10 minute walk!). In addition, there's a beautiful green area nearby (Chiswick House and Gardens), for all nature lovers to enjoy :).

The total cost is 700 pounds rent + 121 in bills. We have a good relationship with the landlord and our neighbours. Flat is available immediatly (but we can negotiate move in dates). The contract will be for a year.
