I’m heading away for 6 months and looking for a lovely lodger to take over my cosy, peaceful room in beautiful Chiswick.

The flat is in an unbeatable location—just one block from the river, surrounded by huge green parks, and only a 5-minute walk to Gunnersbury Station (District line & Mildmay). You’re also just one stop from Kew Gardens, perfect for weekend wanders.

You’ll be sharing with one other woman in her 30s—friendly, respectful, and easy to live with. The flat has a great layout, lots of natural light, and overlooks a quiet square with a BBQ area—ideal for relaxed evenings or yoga on the grass. (key entry)

Location is super convenient to Chiswick Business Park, 7mins walk, this part of West London is amazing, with weekend markets, concerts in Gunnersbury Park, pretty pubs along the Thames, and is safe.

Rent: £850 per month includes council tax, but share other bills.

The home is also shared with a small white hypoallergenic dog who absolutely loves attention—so ideally you’re someone who enjoys having a furry companion around 🐾
