Living room

The Room.

Double bed with lots of storage , oak wardrobe and bedside table , desk for computer etc. Divan bed with storage underneath. Underfloor heating.

The apartment

Property was recently renovated, newly sanded floors , new paint everywhere etc has its own private entrance .Parquet wood flooring through out , Open plan kitchen , living and dining with big TV. Kitchen has all the usual amenities. Underfloor heating through out . Bathroom on this floor has walk in shower ,storage behind the mirror & a heated towel rail. Washing machine/ dryer is in a cupboard in the hallway. The top floor has a separate bedroom with en-suite so the downstairs bathroom is only ever used by 2 people .


My room is on the top floor . I work in construction so I’m usually out of the house from 7am to 6pm week days . It’s not a party house by any means but like to socialise now and again usually over the weekend and have the odd glass of wine or beer during the week . Im pretty easy going & have lived in shared houses like this for 15+ yrs , house is always kept clean so I guess looking for someone like minded / similar to move in .

The area

The house is about an 8min walk to Chiswick high road which has many nice bars , cafes & shops. It’s the first house on Dorchester Grove (no1) so Homefield Recreational ground is practically across the road from here once you turn the corner .Thames walk which leads you down to Hammersmith walking by the river is a 5min walk away and is lovely in the summer months .Transport links are really good in general, Turnham Green & Stamford Brook tube stations are about a 10-12min walk away , Hammersmith station is 10min bus ride which you can get just around the corner from the house (190 bus). Richmond is 15min away via car/bus. Heathrow airport is easily accessed via Turnham Green (takes about 30min) or around 25min if you’re driving .
