This flat has its own front door and is bright, being south facing. There is a small amount of outdoor space both front and back. It is lower ground floor and yet does not feel like it.

There is a double bedroom, kitchen, open plan sitting room and bathroom plus a small entrance hall.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Burnaby Street is a quiet residential street right by Westfield Park and a very short walk to the Kings Road. There is a pub and a cafe close by and many local shops accessible.

Transport is via the many buses on the Kings Road and Embnakment, a five minute walk to Imperial Wharf for the Overground and 12 minute walk to Fulham Broadway for the District Line. There is also the River Uber Boat from nearby Chelsea Harbour.

I manage the flat and always get problems sorted quickly and efficiently.
