A room is available in a friendly, relaxed home in Charlton (SE7). I’m looking for a new housemate to share the space with 😊
Rent: £950 per month
Bills (per person):
Water: £45
Energy: £40– £100 (depending on season)
Council Tax: £80 (Band B)

Access to living room, kitchen, office
Own bathroom
Calm, comfortable and easy-going environment.
Parking - Permit needed however it is free parking from 6pm-8am Mon- Sat and Free Sunday all day.

Ideally a working professional (female preferred, but open to male applicants)
Clean, tidy, and considerate of others.
Easy-going and respectful
Social but also values personal space
Open-minded

I work in education, so it would be great to live with someone in a similar field or with a similar routine but not essential.
Being into fitness or the gym is a bonus, but not required.

The house is also home to two cats, so you’ll need to be comfortable with pets 🐾

Located in Charlton with good transport links and local amenities nearby.
(5-10 mins walk to Charlton or Westcombe park station, and close to north greenwich station)
