We’ve got a lovely medium-sized room available in our friendly relaxed 4-bed house in Catford.

The room:

- bright airy room, overlooking our cute garden.
- move in date - 1st June
- Rent: £560
- Council Tax: £49.20
- Cleaner: £17.50

- Bills: 64

You’ll need to be earning £1,500+ to pass referencing, otherwise you'll need a guarantor.

The room is unfurnished, but the current housemate is selling her furntiture and prices can be discussed.

The House:
* terraced, on a street that has fab neighbours and community. We even have an Elmer Road group chat lol.
* lovely garden that is gorgeous in the summer, with lots of greenery and plants.
* cosy shared living room where we spend time together chilling and watching TV
* Two bathrooms - upstairs for the gals and downstairs for Jon and James. You would be sharing with Amy-Rose in the upstairs bathroom, which has a shower and bath.
* A Cleaner comes every 2 weeks and costs £17.50 each per month.

The Housemates:

- Jon (34 - they/them) has been living here for 9 years and works in a reformer pilates studio.
- James (35 - he/him) has been living here for 6 years and is the manager of a gym.
- Amy-Rose (35 - she/her) has been living her for 4.5 years and is an arts facilitator and songwriter.

Clearly, we really love it here and feel very lucky to have such a lovely space and housemates :)

Who we are looking for:
- We’re friendly and creative (all of us are from performing backgrounds) so looking for someone similar, aged 28–37
- preferably a girl or female identifying, but open to other LGBTQIA+ folks.
- We love our home, and keep it clean and tidy, but don't stress about the small stuff. Everyone chips in to make the place comfortable, so we're looking for someone who is happy to contribute to house upkeep and decor etc. now and again.
- We all have our own lives and schedules, and are respectful of each other's space, but enjoy catching up in the evenings, watching films and having a chat over tea or wine.
- We don't work nights, so would prefer someone who also works during the day.

**We are looking for someone who wants a home, as opposed to just a room to rent**

Transport:
* 10–15 mins walk to Catford & Catford Bridge (10 mins to London Bridge)
* Buses to Lewisham (DLR in 20 mins)
* Hither Green station 20 mins walk

The area:
- 2 minute walk to gorgeous Mountsfield park that has a wee coffee shop in it and loads of green
- 2 minute walk to doctor's surgery
- 5 minute walk to the Hither Green clocktower
- 5 minute walk to McDonalds and Lidl
- 10 minute walk to puregym, Superdrug and Poundland.
- 10 minute walk to Catford broadway, where there is a theatre, Tesco, loads of great charity shops etc. and also stalls selling all the sweet Catford garms lol
- 20 minutes walk to Bellingham where there is a Dunelm, the gym group and a massive b&m.
