£710 room in female only house share

We have a large living room, separate kitchen and modern bathroom with bath and shower. We also have a large garden at the back with a shed, perfect for storing bikes etc.

The rent is £710 pcm. Unfurnished, but fits a small double bed as shown in photos, and has shelves along the wall for lots of storage. Current tenant is open to selling the current bed to the next tenant if it’s helpful.
Rent is excluding bills, which come to approx £100 (gas, electric, internet and council tax).

The house is just 5-minutes walk away from Canning Town station which has jubilee and dlr lines, where you can get to central london in 10 mins. Victoria docks is 15 mins walk down the road with stunning views and sunsets over Canary Wharf.

The vibe is super friendly and we enjoy relaxing in the evenings having a good natter or watching TV together, but also appreciate our own space.

There is Morrisons and sainsburys down the street which is really convenient, and there are nice local bars, cafes, restaurants and breweries around Canning Town as well as climbing and yoga centres down the road.
