Hi everyone!

Our flatmate is moving out due to a career break, so we’ve got a large en suite room becoming available in our bright, modern Canning Town (Zone 2/3) flat now!



About Us

You’ll be living with:
• Alistair (28) – IT consultant, mostly office-based
• Will (31) – NHS doctor

We’re both friendly, easy-going guys who enjoy a relaxed home vibe. We work hard during the week, enjoy hanging out—whether over lunch or in the evenings—but also value our own space. We’re not party animals—more homebodies—and we like to keep the flat clean and tidy. We’re looking for someone with a similar mindset.



About You

We’re looking for a flatmate around the same age (mid to late 20s or early 30s), who’s clean, respectful, sociable, and values a peaceful, tidy home.
Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate couples.

• Spacious en suite double room (biggest in the flat!)
• Comes with a king-size bed, two bedside tables, chest of drawers, and two wardrobes
• Plenty of space for a desk if you work from home
• En suite bathroom with shower
• Overlooks the building’s private garden

• Massive private balcony with stunning views of Canary Wharf, Stratford, and North Greenwich—perfect for summer evenings!
• Additional hallway storage for suitcases, boxes, etc.
• Cleaner visits twice a month



Location & Transport
• Canning Town Station (Jubilee & DLR lines) – just a 3-minute walk
• Plenty of nearby bus routes
• Close to supermarkets (Lidl, Morrisons, Co-Op), gyms, cafés, doctors, barbers, pharmacies, takeaways, and more
• Entrance is tucked away in Rathbone Market (which also hosts a Sunday market!)



Rent Details

• Bills: ~£150/month (includes all utilities, council tax [Band D], and cleaner)
• Deposit: £120 (one-off, non-refundable Flatfair fee instead of a traditional deposit)
