Hi, furnished small double room available to rent in a 2 bedroom flat in E14 3GG Isle of Dogs/ Canary wharf area, 1 shared bathroom with storage, kitchen with dishwasher and a big livingroom with 65" tv, netlix, Disney, Amazon prime, a desk. Can bring your own bed/mattress if you like, max double bed 120cm wide, there will be a double wardrobe and a single wardrobe in the room. Loads of storage space as there is access to a big loft, loads of free parking space on private street, Asda superstore is 10 min walking.
The flat will be shared only with me, I'm renting as well.

Looking for a sociable, clean and respectful person, no smoking in the flat. Needs to have right to rent and proof that can pay the rent.

Available from 29th April or a bit earlier if needed.
bills are at £200 per month
