Cosy room in Canada Water

Hello everyone, I’ve made the decision to move back in my home country and need to find someone to take over my room into a lovely flat in Canada Water, SE16 7BY.
I’ll get straight into details, rent for my room is 735 plus bills which comes depending on the usage, apart from water, internet and council tax which are fixed. My room is a small one, the flat we took over was occupied by a family and we split the rent according to each room size. The flat is new and very well located, just 3 minutes walk from Canada Water and you can access each part of London quickly. We have concierge which is very helpful with any deliveries that we have and if we need urgent help at the property. The flat has also a spacious living room with a nice balcony, situated at the ground floor.
