Please note although the apartment has 3 double rooms, it is a small apartment overall, currently occupied by my dad & sister who are very quiet.

Looking for someone who will be out during the day and use kitchen for light meals only hence the lower rent. No pork or alcohol permitted. Current tenants work long shifts 10-12 hrs, 6 days a week.
