Large Double Room In Heart of Camden

I'm looking for someone to take over my friend's room as she's graduating to the next step in her relationship and moving in with her boyfriend (hiss boo).

It's a large double room in a spacious flat across two floors in the very heart of Camden. Five minutes from the underground (Northern) and the overground (Mildmay), plus a full-size Sainsbury's is practically on the doorstep.

The room comes with a bed frame, mattress, desk, and an office chair. But this can be removed/Facebook marketplace'd if you have your own furnishings.

As you can see from the pictures, there's a tonne of light and incredible views over Central London. (and two cats - you'll need to like cats. They're very chatty).

I'm 38, work in advertising and tech/coding. I like cooking, watching films, playing games, listening to music, having pub chats, and being an average human. Keeping fit comes from Peloton and gyming - yes, you can use the bike.

Looking to find someone house-trained, not a d**k, and willing to at least exchange pleasantries when passing on the stairs; I don't want to feel like you're a stranger forever after all - fingers crossed.

I have an en-suite in my room, so you'll have the main bathroom.

Bills aren't included, and it currently costs around £350 each on top of the rent.

A cleaner comes once a week.

Lots of additional storage space - understairs, cupboards, pantry, etc.

Off-road underground bike storage.
