This is a 6-person house located right in the heart of Camberwell, close to Denmark Hill and Loughborough Junction train stations and countless bus routes - it's very quick to get to central London and most major London unis/areas!

Available for rent is 1 ground floor bedroom with doors going into the back garden which is brilliant for summer and also lets in lots of natural light. Comes furnished with double bed+mattress, desk, clothes rails, drawers, shelves, rug. The landlords are also very amenable and are always happy to add what you need!

Kitchen is fully decked out (washing machine, dryer, two fridges, dishwasher etc). Pet friendly property - there are two cats living but mainly stay in their owners' rooms, but if you have a pet you are more than welcome to bring it!

Contract is until September with an option to stay on, but if you are looking for short term please be aware of the change in rental laws in May 2026!. The house is currently populated with students but we would be open to non-students provided you would be happy to pay for the council tax with the 25% single person discount.
