Penthouse Flatshare, South East London

Hi!

I’m looking for a friendly, easy-going flatmate to share my SE London flat on a Monday–Friday / 5-nights-per-week basis (Sun–Thu or Mon–Fri flexible).

I’m a professional working regular weekday hours, into the gym, socialising, music and gigs, and generally enjoying life.

£250 per week (all bills included)

- Cosy double bedroom in a top-floor flatshare (SE4 1UY)
- Great South East London location – just south of New Cross
- 5–10 min walk to St Johns, New Cross, New Cross Gate, Deptford & Brockley stations
- 15 mins to London Bridge
- Close to Brockley Market, great pubs, cafés, and parks (Hilly Fields, Greenwich Park, etc.)
- Private balcony with amazing views across London (Shard, Canary Wharf, O2, London Eye, Greenwich Observatory)
