Looking for someone to take over my room from start of May. Just off Ferndale Road so roughly 10mins to both Brixton and Clapham North tubes. Large Victorian house sharing with 3 other lovely girls aged 26-28. Very sad to be moving out !!
The girls wfh 2 days a week and are in the office the rest of the time. All very social and often have evenings together on sofa but individually all quite busy and have own groups of friends.
Such a good space for hosting dinner parties and room is lovely and spacious with soo much storage - two big wardrobes and lots more !
Rent is £1191 per month (just increased for first time in two years so unlikely to go up again for a while) and bills about £140 (including cleaner on alternate weeks) pls msg if interested :)
