I’m moving out of my flat to live with my partner and want to make sure I find someone who loves the flat as much as I (and Jess the remaining flatmate) do!
About the flat:
A 10/15 min walk from Brixton tube station and 30 seconds from one of the entrances to Brockwell park - great for summer wine picnics and close to the lovely Herne Hill. We’re on the first floor and have a shared bathroom and kitchen/living area. The flat comes furnished and has big windows that let in lots of natural light. Bills are ~£140 per month and include full fibre internet.
Who you’ll be living with:
Jess works full time in facilities management, a mix of in the office and work from home a couple of days a week. She’d love to find a flatmate who enjoys socialising together but also happy to do your own thing. Jess enjoys spending time with friends, discovering new places around the city and watching random Netflix shows but also enjoys good food and a bottle of wine ☺️ definitely looking for someone who wants a home rather than a place to stay.
