A bright and cosy furnished room is available in a friendly flat in Brixton Hill, with flexible move-in from any date after the 28th of April. The room is £675 per month (bills not included) and comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and plenty of under-bed storage. There’s also a large window that gets great natural light and lovely sunset views.
The flat is in a great location, just a 15-minute walk to the Victoria Line, making it easy to get into central London. There’s also a bus stop right outside the flat with connections across the city, and it’s only a quick 5-minute cycle to Clapham.
You’ll be living with three friendly and easygoing girls (two Irish and one New Zealander), all in their mid to late twenties. It’s a relaxed and respectful home where everyone enjoys a chat now and then but also values their own space.
We’re looking for someone similar—tidy, considerate, and happy to be part of a positive household.
