Available due to the existing occupant moving away for work, a large double room (single occupancy) in a friendly Brixton flat.

We are three girls who work in media, dance and art. We enjoy socialising, festivals, going to the gym, eating out and going to art shows. We have a healthy balance of having our personal space, but also love to cook meals together sometimes! We are looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, calm and looking for somewhere to call home, not just somewhere to crash! We're clean and tidy girls and are looking for someone who is likewise, this is really important to us.

Kitchen has a Fridge Freezer, Washer/Drier, Dishwasher and there is another small fridge also. The property also has a water softener which makes the world of difference to the hard London water.

The lounge has a small balcony.
The current tenants have been here for several years and we are looking for someone who is also looking for a long-term stay.

Ideally located - close enough to Brixton to easily walk there, but not too close that it is noisy and busy all the time.

Landlord grew up in the property and is very pro-active with repairs and upkeep. Bills included are Council Tax, Gas, Water, Electric, TV license, and assume reasonable domestic use.
