Quiet and bright room in Brixton/Stockwell.

Hello !

At the beginning of May we have a room going spare for a short term period and are looking for a lovely person to fill it - living with me and my boyfriend, Ben.

It's a Victorian, sunny maisonette 5 minute walk from both Brixton and Stockwell tube.

*Move in date is 4th May - min 3 month rental. Short-term as flat is on the market*

The room gets loads of light in the morning and sits on a quiet street. It has built in wardrobes and loads of storage under the eaves. We also have a spacious living room with a wood burning stove, large kitchen and free Netflix.

Sophie owns the flat and works for a charity. Ben is a junior doctor.

Deposit is £500. Rent is £1000, bills not included - they are roughly £120 per month (over winter, cheaper over summer)

We're looking to meet people between 27th Apr and 2nd May, so please only message us if you are available one of those dates to meet us.

Must be okay with weekly viewings whilst flat is on the market which means making sure the room looks nice and not being in the flat at the time of viewings (they usually happen on Saturdays during the day or weekday evenings). Must also be okay with moving out with fairly short notice if the flat sells.
